Nonprofit strategic coaching is a collaborative process built around your goals. We begin by understanding your situation, clarifying your vision, and setting realistic, achievable goals.

Throughout the six-month program, you’ll receive a mix of coaching, mentoring, and advising to help you:

We meet regularly (online or by phone) to review progress, adjust strategies, and plan next steps. Between sessions, you’ll have email and text access for quick questions and support.
