Do you work with a team or group where the process is as important as the product? If so, you will find it helpful to use this tool to evaluate and improve your nonprofit partnerships. Print this sheet. Ask your team to fill it out individually.  Collect the papers, then calculate the group’s average. At your next gathering, discuss the results and ways to improve your partnership.
