Is Your Back to the Office Plan Hitting Rocky Roads?

While working at home, they discovered lots about it they like and treasure. Now, they fear losing those benefits plus facing expenses and inconveniences (think commuting) of returning to the office.

It’s not that they don’t get the benefits of working as a team.

It’s just that their losses loom so much larger.

Elsewhere employees are threatening to resign if forced to return full-time. At the very least, if your return to the office package isn’t competitive, your staff will look elsewhere.

It’s an employees’ market. Well-paid opportunities, some with work-from-home options, exist—especially for your most talented staff. 

You want to retain your staff. You want them back in the office, plus you don’t need “an attitude” when they get there.
